Mayor Bruce Rector Endorses Bianca Latvala for Clearwater City Council Seat 4 

Clearwater, FL — Clearwater Mayor Bruce Rector today announced his endorsement of Bianca Latvala in her campaign for Clearwater City Council Seat 4. 

“I’ve had the opportunity to see Bianca Latvala’s dedication to Clearwater up close,” said Mayor Bruce Rector. “She brings fresh ideas and a practical, solutions-driven perspective to our city, while staying focused on responsible budgeting and putting residents first. Bianca leads with integrity, energy, and a true heart for service. I’m proud to support her for Clearwater City Council because I know she will work hard to strengthen our community and help move Clearwater in the right direction.” 

Latvala has been actively involved in the Clearwater community through her service on city boards and local nonprofit organizations. She previously served on the City of Clearwater Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and currently serves as Chair of the City’s Community Resiliency and Leisure Services Committee, where she works with fellow members to address community priorities and enhance quality of life for residents. 

Latvala said she is honored to have the mayor’s support and remains focused on listening to residents and working collaboratively to address the issues facing Clearwater.
